Earlier we told you about Heather Locklear’s arrest, and now here’s her mugshot.
Heather Locklear is a gorgeous woman, but goodness gracious that is a terrible mugshot. Has there ever been a celebrity looking smokin’ while the cuffs are being put on? Poor Heather.
But fortunately for the blond-haired beauty [well most of the time she's a beaut'], she hasn’t been charged with anything just yet. So hopefully she stays in the clear for her sake.
