It seems that all of the celebrities are trying to help kids out these days! Joining the many celebrities, is now mommy Nicole Richie, who already has a foundation, visited Beyond Shelter recently and was touched by the 175 children with families there, playing in a concrete courtyard and taking turns playing in a rec room that only allows 10 kids at once!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will also be hosting their First Annual Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation Walk In The Park & Family Picnic for Beyond Shelter on Sunday, October 19th. Be sure to attend if you can!
